Hey Bob Muller, Thought I reply on list to the topic of Judy Collins' 45 rpm version of "Both Sides Now". I mentioned that I found it on 45 and asked if you wanted it for your labor of love, the colossal "Covers" project. I did purchase it but it's completely unusable. It must be about 20% fast! It's ridiculously fast, and therefore high in pitch. No, it's not my table. I heard that some companies cut their 45s fast but I'd never heard one till now. (I know it's not my table 'cause my 45 of the Beach Boys' "Good Vibrations" sounds fine, er _perfect_. :) I'm sure Rega knows how to build a speed pulley!) Anyway, just wanted to "close the loop" as we say in America's Heartland....... Lama
