Poor Stevie has always had problems with her voice. I saw her once in
the 80s and was disappointed. She said at the beginning of the
concert that her voice would open up after a song or two but it never
did. She kept wandering off stage during instrumental interludes and
I always wondered if she was going back for a toot. From her
interviews about that period, it seems highly likely. But I still
like her. I have a Fleetwood Mac boot with a killer version of
Rhiannon on it and a really nice performance of Landslide. It's on a
vinyl lp so it's not very long but I'd be willing to tape it if
anybody's interested. Probably something really common that everybody
already has! Starts with 'Station Man', also has 'Spare Me a Little
of Your Love' which is one of Christine's songs that I like quite a
lot.
