Well...a male cats penis has barbs on it like barbed wire. the actual
act of intercourse takes approximately 1 second. So he's in, shoots, and
is out. As he pulls it out, the barbs scrape the the femal cats vagina.
this results in her usually turning around pretty fast to beat him up
but before she does much damage she falls to the floor in ecstasy as the
result of this 'scrape' is to cause her to have an orgasm. In this way
she ovulates. the eggs are not waiting there they are released only upon
orgasm.
thus the female cat is the only species other than the human woman that
has an orgasm, although from what I understand, a female cat has one
