Nope. This scene and the song are at the end of "Life of Brian",
Python's best film, and their indictment of religion (or, more
precisely, it's followers).
"Always Look On The Bright Side of Life" was written by
Eric Idle.
The film "The Meaning of Life" has some great bits in it, but
is somewhat uneven. My favorite part is the segment which
includes "Every Sperm Is Sacred"-explaining why contraception
is evil.
As to the meaning of life, according to Barnes and Barnes it's
linoleum. I have to lay linoleum tomorrow, so I'll let you know.
