This may be a little late in posting but currently (Sunday 9pm) on Bravo (channel 225) there's an 8-part documentary on the history of popular songs. Just finished Berlin and Gershwin, now Louis Armstrong, however in the hourly intro there's a shot of Joni. So maybe she'll be talked about in a later part. "... behind the popular song."
