Contains three bugfixes:
1. Better handling of ICMP errors needed for Path MTU Discovery (
https://github.com/NICMx/NAT64/issues/170).
2. Automatic blacklisting of IPv4 multicast (
https://github.com/NICMx/NAT64/issues/168).
3. Better handling of hop limit and TTL 1 (
https://github.com/NICMx/NAT64/issues/167).
It has also been noted that Jool installations (whether 3.3.4 or not) on
Linux kernels 3.5 and below should add
sudo sysctl -w net.ipv4.conf.all.forwarding=1
to the modprobe procedure. The reasoning can be found at
