Thanks for your input. I'm not sure whether this is the same issue since I 
don't experience "low performance" in general. But a packet capture does indeed 
reveal quite a few TCP Retransmissions, Out-Of-Orders and Dup ACKs.

I'll cross-check by throwing OpenWrt on some physical hardware and see if the 
issues go away (currently running in a Hyper-V Gen1 VM).

I didn't compile the Jool modules myself but used the 3.5.7 binary packages 
available for the latest OpenWrt snapshots.
