1 email per 6 seconds? Ok, that just seems excessive.
So for 100 emails messages they want you to take an hour to send them
all out?
For the forum with ten topics and ten users subscribed to new message
notifications per each topic that is not excessive. 200 emails per hour
is a reasonable limit but sometimes subscribers will not receive their
emails.
