Hey :)

* You're in the exclusive jOOQ / Ingres club with only few members.

Yes, unfortunately... from the Ingres side of it, I mean :D

* It's interesting to see this combination in the wild. I'd actually be
very interested in hearing more about this integration. How does working
with Ingres work out for you?

So far, so good, but I don't use much of jOOQ so far. My project is pioneer
in using jOOQ in a more extensive basis - before it was only used in some
classes here and there (without schema generation). I started without
schema generation and moved to used strong-typed schema / table classes.
With spring injection, camel and jOOQ the project is pretty neat :)
I basically read data from tables, massage it, compact and spit it out in
another format because our company is changing the line of product now. So
in this first more extensive use of jOOQ in our company, it's been used in
a data migration project. I'm aware of the bugs you've been fixing related
to Ingres, but I've not been hit by them so far because I basically need
only the table, record and schema definition, nothing else.

* Which of the Actian licenses are you using?
"Ingres Linux Version II 10.1.0 (a64.lnx/126)NPTL login" is what it says if
I hit sql iidbdb. We've been moving from Ingres 9 to 10 recently.

* Do you blog about your project?
No, I've been thinking about doing it but so far not. I'll let you know if
I do. Our project works on apache (camel, activemq, aries blueprint, karaf
/ osgi container), Atomikos for transactions and it is about massively
sending financial messages between financial institutions.

You'll hear more from me for sure if I start getting Ingres hiccups :)

Thanks for the help.
