... and just now, as a Stack Overflow question: http://stackoverflow.com/q/21890423/521799 In 2011, we had played around with a jOOQ / Cloud SQL integration and we didn't detect any major issues: http://blog.jooq.org/2011/10/22/jooq-and-google-cloud-sql-example/ However, due to the changed licensing terms by Google, we no longer pursued integration-testing this integration in any of the free versions. If you're interested, we can work out how Google Cloud SQL could be formally supported in the jOOQ Professional Edition.
