Hello, Right now, jOOQ does not formally support Oracle TimesTen. While you might be able to get some good results with the free jOOQ Professional Edition trial, I suspect that there will be subtle SQL differences between Oracle database and Oracle TimesTen: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E21901_01/doc/timesten.1122/e21634/oracle_tt.htm#TTCAC454
I have registered a feature request to put this support on the roadmap: https://github.com/jOOQ/jOOQ/issues/3387 Chances are that this may be supported in jOOQ 3.5.0.
