The annotation can be turned off via configuration:
<!-- Generate the javax.annotation.Generated annotation to indicate
jOOQ version used for source code.
Defaults to true -->
<generatedAnnotation>true</generatedAnnotation>

The class Javadoc can currently not be re-configured, although, it is
replaced by the comment on your table in your database, if you have such
comments.
