Good question. I suspect that http://www.gitora.com might be a tool for
PL/SQL to do exactly that... Perhaps you're luckier with this question on
reddit.com/r/java, reddit.com/r/SQL, or reddit.com/r/PostgreSQL, or maybe
on Quora.com.
