Hi John, Thank you very much for your enquiry. jOOQ currently doesn't officially support AWS Aurora. I have registered a feature request for this as it would certainly be a very interesting addition to our set of supported databases - probably in the jOOQ Professional Edition: https://github.com/jOOQ/jOOQ/issues/5196
As Aurora is designed for MySQL compatibility, you might be able to get to a certain level of compatibility also with jOOQ's MySQL dialect - at least for the start of your project. Just as with our existing RedShift support (which is based on an old PostgreSQL version), there are subtle caveats though. We'll look into Aurora support as soon as possible.
