The release of jOOQ 3.11.0 is planned for this week, but realistically,
it'll be next week until all the issues are sorted out. Next week is
certain, however.

Minor releases follow an internal roadmap. Once the most important features
are implemented, the release is going to ship. Patch releases can be
triggered by our commercially licensed customers, or, if there is a very
severe issue (e.g. security related), we'll trigger one ourselves. Other
than that, there's no general rule. Once there are enough fixes for a patch
release, we'll ship it. I've added #2508 to release 3.10.8:
https://github.com/jOOQ/jOOQ/milestone/158

But as you can see, there are currently only 3 fixes on that release, so
releasing it is not too tempting right now.
