salaries here are farley within market average based on experience and skills, as for the experience you can get in such an institution its greater than most software companies as this institution is not a profit company don't depend on outsourcing in its projects and because if our critical work, every thing here is highly tested and we try to make every thing as good as we can, plus the fact that every body is involved in all the projects fazes and we try implementing new technologies in our projects.
