to extract all ips use:
$file = file_get_contents('ip.txt');
if (preg_match_all("/\d{1,3}\.\d{1,3}\.\d{1,3}\.\d{1,3}/", $file, $ips))
{
print_r($ips);
}
to extract the first ip use:
$file = file_get_contents('ip.txt');
if (preg_match("/\d{1,3}\.\d{1,3}\.\d{1,3}\.\d{1,3}/", $file, $ips)) {
echo $ips[0];
}
