Thank you all for your contributions.
Let me clarify and conclude:
1. What the LOC ppl want is for the 30th Anniversary Celebration this week
2. We don't have a Registered Association so getting an account is impossible
3. The cost depends on the medium. I will see what The Sun will charge of a
quarter page. There are many radio stations here in Abuja and I think it will
be better to place the adverts in Jos.
4. Time! We are nearly out of it... so asking for contribution through Bank
accounts may not be ideal.
In conclusion, I think I will just get contributions from the Senior Commandos
here in Abuja, say the first 3 sets and put out something on The Sun Newspaper
(They have 3.5m circulation: more eyes will see the advert.) The advert will
contain the Programme of Events. I estimate it will cost between 15 to 30k.
I will let you all know how it goes.
