Dear Commados,

The below is a brief MOM captured to inform the house on the EXCO meeting held
last Sunday at O'Jez Restaurant and Bar, Surulere;

Meeting started at 3:30pm
Barkah offered starting prayers

Discussions were centered on the following;
 1 CAC Registration
The lawyer handling COJOSA registration matters has been awaiting the required
=N=37,000 to begin processing with CAC commission. The meeting afforded the
EXCO to make contributions so as to get things rolling; The following EXCO made
contributions to catalyse the process; Razaq Elegbede 10,000, Bimbo Kwashie
7,500, Frank Agbagidi 5,000, John Akadang 10,000, Benedicta Osubele 4,500.
Following this, the president will visit with the Lawyer (Bolanle Omotosho) to
have the forms filled in with trustees name and signature with ABEG to make
progress in this regard
President to follow up this week

2 T-Shirt.
On this, we really apologise to the house for the delay in rolling out the
proposed. On our side, we were failed by the commandos we expected to help out
in the design and production. We waited for one or two produced samples to no
avail. Nevertheless, the EXCO is not relenting as we will be meeting with
Monogram company to make an acceptable design and production for all. We will
inform the house as we progress

3 Job Posting on joscomman...@yahoo. Com
First we commend Kadiri Danlami Ibrahim for the pains and time he showed with
the immense contribution on the job postings. I know of someone who attended an
Agip interview from such posting, recently one our young ones attended an
interview at Ibadan. Well done sir. At the same time, one of our seniors
complained that the posting be done on another new group due to floods of
posts. Adams and Kadiri were talked to by the President,  after the EXCO
meeting, it was agreed that in the mean time, job posting should continue on
the known yahoo group. Our  www.cojosa. Com (still under construction) will in
the nearest future be the hub for job posting. Modality is being worked out
with a private company to tidy up the site and get in running. So bros Bragadoe
and Senior Adams, we all have our good points, but for the interest of the
association to which we jointly uphold, lets work together.

4. General House Meeting
Kai, kai , kai...........we strongly apologise for not hosting any over these
past months. We no want call every body without something concrete to tell una.
Make una no vex.
The EXCO agreed that once we know when the CAC certificate will be rolled out,
we can then call for the general house meeting, with a score card to smilingly
tell the house our progress and plans.

Thanks for your understanding.

The meeting came to a close at 5pm with closing prayers offered by Razaq
