structure so as to come out with a working document

Giving Back to our school, CSSJ renovations is
being hammered at our different branches. Our UK Branch had brilliantly
proposed a =N=1M per set for the first 17set. Set coordinators to be appointed
to coordinate their sets as will be directed by a Fund Raising committee. The
president and Vice President are to visit CSSJ Thursday/Friday and hopes to get
the year book from the school to help with reaching every set through the set
coordinator. Modality to driving the =N=1M/set will be discussed on Next EXCO
meeting when the president and Vice are back from Jos. The following were
proposed for appointment as set coordinators to drive the 17M target; 88 set
(Frank Agbagidi Godwin), 86 set (Barka Saleh), 84 set (Taiwo Babayeju), 93 set
(Ibrahim Kadiri), others to be nominated

the US Consular in March 8 and an application to expedite the interview date
before the convention period was made and is being followed up.

To give a precise state of the school at the
convention; statistics of student / teacher ratio, state of the school
facilities,
developmental needs, etc, will be sought at during the planned visit by both
the president and Vice this Thursday 29th /Friday 30th. Feedback
will be given to the Lagos EXCO on our next EXCO meeting being October 2nd  and
to prepare same for discussions at the
convention

Election

The present Lagos EXCO’s tenure officially and
constitutionally EXPIRES this September 2011 and so necessitates kick starting
another election of new executives. However, by October ending, it is being
planned to have a general house meeting to discuss the next election. In order
not to leave a vacuum, the present EXCO will assume an interim WORKING COMMITTEE
Position until a new Lagos Chapter EXECUTIVES and or the Global COJOSA comes
into force. An election umpire/coordinator will be reached to handle the
election matters.
