A mid-week meeting for Lagos COJOSA was called to address planning
towards the end of year Get together and using the occasion to promote a CSSJ
Intervention awareness. The below are highlights from the meeting;

Date for the End of year get together/CSSJ
Intervention Awareness was agreed by the house to be moved from the 3rd
of December to January 14th 2012 due to logistics constraint.

Location/hall search for the event will be
carried out this week. Proposed were Golden Tulip, Kingsize Place amongst
others

In view of the weight of the event, as it
touches on personalities that would be invited, it was agreed that a “GREEN
CARPET” show will be staged to welcome dignitaries. Green Carpet to represent
COMMAND Colour. Going by this, Dress code during the Green Carpet will be
Corporate
wears with any of the following to match; Green tie, Green mufflers, Green
shirt to go with a black suit. Thereafter, we can all don our COJOSA T-Shirts.

Its planned to have in attendance for the event
and particularly to address the sorry state of CSSJ; Past Commandants of CSSJ,
Nigerian Army Education Corp, invited Commandants probably from CSSJ Ipaja, the
present CSSJ Commandant

Money makes things happen; some of our
colleagues are donating some substantial amounts in support of this course; to
make up for the budget totaling roughly =N=1.7M and to be attended by roughly
150persons, the agreed contribution per person comes to =N=10,000. We are
therefore
enjoined to make participatory payments of 10,000/Commando. This amount
attracts an IV

Monies for the event should please be paid into

17M Intervention Fund matters

Account for the Intervention fund has been
opened with agreement by the following chapters; Lagos/Abuja/Potharcourt/UK-IRL
with Signatories being the present working committee in Lagos COJOSA chapter.
The accounts numbers are posted in our COJOSA website www.commandjos.net.
The accounts are opened to capture transactions per set. All were requested to
visit the webpage.

The accounts will be used by the Fund Raising
working committee to adequately monitor and communicate to COJOSA worldwide on
accounts deposits/set. Also the set coordinators can track how much their set
has been able to raise and to do more in gearing other members to meet up with
the targeted 1M per set

The house was advised that all set coordinators
should therefore remit the monies they have collected into the First Bank
Intervention Fund Account.

Best Regards
