It has indeed been a long and busy year Our first year as a functional association During this year we have learned a lot of lessons One pivotal lesson being: The fact that we all lead very busy lives and cannot realistically make it to meetings on a monthly/ bi monthly or even quarterly basis even though we have the will and passion for our association to thrive and go places. For this reason we have decided to inculcate into the end of year event an: Annual General Meeting. Here we will have a chance to reflect on how the year has gone and review our plans for the upcoming year. This way we can all have our inputs in our functioning association. It will also go a long way to encourage the working team and eradicate the stigma of perceived individualism in every quarter.
