On a lighter note, if it is a Commando arrangement and it comes from Parkview Ikoyi, or V.I or Ilupeju, Opebi or Magodo etc, who am I to reject ? Maximum Budget is between 160-200k per anum, minimum can come as low as possible. The request is not directed at Agents only, but also House Owners. There could be someone who is a direct owner of a property who wishes to give it out at a Commando rate or another who is linked to or related to such a person and can help influence the arrangement without any necessary need for an agent. It could even be a Boys Quarter arrangement, some of these can even be much more standard as compared to my request. Awaiting your inputs.
