Great commandos' compliments of the season to us all !!!

2012 as it is ticking away has indeed been a special year.

The year of Jubilee, progress, Gods Favour & a year greater than we
have ever had in the Alumni

body of our great institution Command Secondary School, Jos.

Our achievements in the year 2012 have been numerous giving God all the
glory.

At COJOSA UK & Ireland we might have seemed quiet but with wisdom we all
know that silence sometimes and infact all the time is GOLDEN. I can
assure the general COJOSA family that we have been very busy in our own
very unique journey, choosing to support our immediate members and the
greater COJOSA family and our dear Alma Mata in our own little way every
time we can. Details of this as it is customary will be published in our
2nd Annual general report which is due on our 2nd anniversary, being the
8th of May 2013. In the mean time our 2012 picture review and contact
list can only but tell what a bumper year we have had.

The 8th of May 2011 looking back when we had our first general house
meeting at The Thistle Hotel, Westminster, London seems like yesterday.
What seemed then as a supposed stress free easy peasy lemon squeasy walk
in the park coming together of old school mates for the purpose
reuniting, networking, supporting each other ,harnessing our synergy and
giving back to our Alma Mata has not turned out to be as easy as it
seemed. The genuine intentions of those of us at the forefront has been
twisted and many a times undermined to the intimidating level of untrue
name calling and character assassination.

Rather than grow and spiral into the great association that we have the
potential to be we have become a basket of 100 or more crabs left
uncovered overnight with none making its way out through the night...o
what a pity.

In spite of this small and inconsequential glitch we at COJOSA UK &
Ireland will continue to make good music with our members and the
general Cojosa family at large bearing in mind that the conductors faces
the orchestra and the orchestra alone in making superb world class music
sintilatilating to the ears of the audience.

Our conclusive review at the COJOSAUK&IRL TEAM is a comparison of our
2012 contact list (another first by Cojosaukirl) at the back of this
newsletter to our 2011 list and all we see is progress.

Our final word thus remains:

1.To all those who undermined and called us names we say a big thank you
for you pushed us to achieving the best we can.

2. To all those that supported and encouraged us including our numerous
UK visitors and members we say an even bigger THANK YOU for been part of
our 2012...2013 here we come...our collective year of GREATER EXPLOITS.

Once again I wish each and every one of us the best of 2013.
