I understand its going to take a long time for the individual chapters to sit,
and deliberate over the question of a sit-in committee. But maybe I'm being
mis-understand.

I'm saying we need a smaller team to drive this objective which in itself is
the bigger picture.

This Team must be made-up of neutral persons. So that the question of bias is
completely ruled out.

Their objective will be to raise a Commitee or Team who have the Sit-in meeting
to discuss all of the issues raised in Adam's mail.

They interface with the individual chapters, to ensure the commitee has the
right composition of members.

Their role ends immediately after the Sit-in Meeting.

So in other words, they will be serving as an organising commitees.

Ki ni iyi ole-(this thing is not difficult).

Can we try it out. I may not have been active in any chapter, my
finger/footprint is nowhere to be found in any of the chapters. But for
goodness sake it is the more reason why I am taking up this assignment.

Could please give this a try. Please correct me if there's something I'm
missing. I'l take correction.
