FYI, it seems that our latest JWK changes for WebCrypto are being incorporated
into the WebCrypto specs, as we'd hoped.

All,
I updated the Editor's Draft today:
(1) to align with the latest JWK draft
(http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-jose-json-web-key-20) that includes the
"key_ops" member which can represent all the WebCrypto key usages
(2) to add additional JWK algorithms for WebCrypto algorithms not covered by
JWK, specifically AES-CMAC, AES-CFB, HMAC-SHA-1, HMAC-SHA-224.
(3) to define mappings between WebCrypto and JWK
(4) to add myself as co-editor
