Hi Neil, I quickly skimmed through the draft again. Two comments.
- The updated Review Instructions for Designated Experts should be mentioned in the abstract and introduction - Is deprecated the right level? These algorithms are a _lot_ worse than the ones deprecated by the fully specified algorithms document. Prohibited seems more appropriate.
