I don't understand. The essence of WMSPlugin is downloading images from
WMS. Maybe, the JOSM with WMSPlugin could be declared as browser-like
application; but my improvements didn't change anything about that.
If you means, if I store the tiles on the disk, then no. The tiles are
stored only in the memory (RAM or swap) now, same as in the original
plugin. I was thinking about caching the images to disk, but that feature
isn't my priority.
