I've uploaded a locally changed ru.po to LP, and now it says "waiting for approval" - so the same will be if I do that with a fresh upstream ru.po - I'll have to wait, till someone of the template admins gets it merged :( And from the other end - I have to disturb someone from the list, to get my changes to the upstream and plug-in. I might ask for an SVN log-in, but I just don't want to mess something up out there, plus I'll have to learn something about the toolchain to compile the plug-in, etc...
