If anyone wants to volunteer to (a) collect changelog entries for builds and make a coherent documentation from it and/or (b) hand-pick the successful features (and leave out the obscure or buggy ones) to make a "release" every few months, that would be highly valued. The developers don't do this because it would tie up what little time they have to actually, well, develop things.
