When I start JOSM under Ubuntu using:
java -jar josm-snapshot-1387.jar
I get the following errors:
A pop-up appears saying:
The projection could not be read from preferences.
Using EPSG:4326
Also, in the window from which I issued the above command I get:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
at java.lang.Class.forName0(Native Method)
at java.lang.Class.forName(Class.java:169)
at org.openstreetmap.josm.Main.preConstructorInit(Main.java:255)
at
org.openstreetmap.josm.gui.MainApplication.main(MainApplication.java:168)
JOSM then appears to start up OK. I thought at first it might be just
an installation glitch which would go away after I had used JOSM, but
it comes up each time I start. How can I get rid of it?
