Hello, is there someone here who has time and feels like fixing following bug: http://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/2530
Essentially this is removing the HTML/XML loading and replacing it with loading the manifest based file at http://josm.openstreetmap.de/plugin (i.e. unifying the handling of local plugins and remote data as both are now in same format). It has some importance, as currently no JOSM can use the online updating mechanism.
