I wrote my first style today which is already available in JOSM, the
style system is very nice:

It's for an import I'll be doing in Iceland, due to how the import is
being done I'd like to have a special rule that applies in my style if
the element was last edited by a given user (like user:foo in the
search engine). I can't find this in the docs or the xml comments for
mappaint.
Is it possible to write a rule like that?
