Hi,
I wonder if one of the regular JOSM developers would be willing to
devote some of his time to develop a special, simplified relation editor
for turn restrictions. The goal is to make turn restrictions dead easy
to enter even for less experienced JOSM users (e.g. select an
intersection, click on traffic sign, done).
I have a Geofabrik client who would be willing to support this endeavour
with some money. Not enough to pay an external Java devloper who is not
accustomed to JOSM to understand everything and then code something that
is useful - but I believe that the desired kind of editor should not be
too much work for someone who is accustomed with JOSM.
