Probably the help page is so good/complete that it impressed me. If the help system is just writing wiki pages, I think I can assist. Don’t expect more.

Please explain what you mean. Actually until now people had no problems translating JOSM pages without this additional help page, so adding this help page should not make situation worse. New are only a lot of helpful checks making the work easier when used.
