This seems not to be so obvious and the help is not very helpful here....
I read both have been combined (WMS / slippy) in one josm core integrated "imagery" menu, and indeed I have that, But it contains only a list of the servers I used in at the time of the Haiti project as well as a few others such as Yahoo. No BING url ?
