Hi, Problem in history dialog should be fixed now. As for reporting, you can make tickets but it's really minor issue, in 99.9% of cases this won't break anything. Or you can disable the check by setting debug.edt-checker.enable to false (default is true only for local builds, users of josm-latest.jar/josm-tested.jar shoudn't get these warnings.
