Does the JOSM server encounter some technical problems?
A known problem, which will hopefully be fixed when I find the time to do
the transition to the new server. Currently my free time for JOSM is
limited a lot, so don't be angry, when I do not answer tickets or mail
requests.
Missing revisions should now be there and the lock be solved.
