I get errors all the time from that particular validator test. I think it is too aggressive in flagging things, and is likely to introduce errors into the DB. Many power lines are mapped just along the path of the line, but don't necessarily have nodes at the poles; these nodes should not get a pole/tower on them as they are not representing the position of a pole/tower.
