Recently I tried to revert a huge changeset and am experiencing strange behavior. JOSM asks me whether I wanted to "prepare conflict resolution", but then nothing happens for minutes. I tried to reupload and then conflict resolution popped up, but while I was resolving conflicts, the upload started. I would have expected that I couldn't upload because "there were conflicts", but I am uploading right now with still 3 unsolved conflicts.
