It is a long time since I used geotagged images in JOSM. I correlated images taken on my camera to my .gpx track in earlier times. I use a mobile ‘phone with its own GPS for both track recording and taking photographs more recently. .jpg images taken on my ‘phone and opened in JOSM show a camera icon. Am I correct in believing that .jpg images taken on my camera and opened in JOSM might have shown miniature copies of the photographs themselves? Further, was any information available by clicking the geotagged image itself, or has it always been displayed in the ‘Geotagged Images’ panel? I should prefer to see the miniature image of the photograph rather than the camera icon if it is possible.
