Hi,
We are two days past the expected release date for 16.03.
I have too little time this week to do a release, a lot of planned tickets
haven't not looked at yet, we have released 9979 quite recently, and there
is not a lot of new features in the current latest.
For all these reasons I propose to skip 16.03 and release the new tested
end of April (which could be the last Java 7 version by the way).
