Dear JOSM Developers, I am a student with the *Google Summer of Code 2016* program, my project is *Public Transport Assistant Plugin for JOSM*. My goal is to make the editing and adding of public transport routes more convenient and automate it where possible. This includes creating ways between stops either by a routing algorithm or by using existing public transport routes as well as a validation procedure for existing public transport routes.
