happy new year.
yes this is my first mail i am sending this year. so i
thought of sending it to joy net. (sibi thankx for
taking note of all the mail i send to joy net!u
silly......)
well new year celebration was very low profile. but i
feel it was good. i spent rather a long time in
prayer!(strange for me!)i thought it is better to
enter the new year with the lord. so 10.30 i began my
thankx giving prayer/ for my surprise i found so many
things to thank the lord. (no way i hav completed it,
i belive)then i went on to evaluate my last year. i
found it was a srange year. a year mixed with joys and
sorrows.. tears and laughter....success and
failures...(pretty funny)but i know even the worse
things lord can turn in to good in his schemes of
things...
well 2001 was the first full year i spent out side
india..this year i travelled a lot... more than any
year... this year i shared my faith with lot of
people...this year lord led me in astrange ways and
paths...lot of people made me happy this
year..(ofcourse u all my friends in joy net too)
lot of people consoled me a lot more than any year..
i lost my brother Roy this year... but lord gave me a
lot of brothers and sisters this year(of course u joy
netters includes)
true, there were moments of
failures..sorrow...frustrations...misunderstanding...
but above every thing i could see the gentle hand of
my Lord leading me...consoling me..that is great is
int it?
when i finished it was 12 mid night.. i could see the
fire work in the city from my room. lot of
celebrations were in the city ....but melbourne rained
last night..but people still were in the strets..
i enter the new year with hope trusting the lord more
than ever..keeping my hope in the unending goodness of
people around me (be proud joy netters.. u definitly
include...)
