    Thought provoking indeed! But off the cuff, I think we cannot generalise
in the way Mr. Sunny explained. Being in the Upper/Middle class doesn't mean
one is productive. A much better classification is less productive,
productive and highly productive class. Increase in the productivity is a
solution to the uneven distribution of resource. As you know, uneven
distribution of resource generates poor-middle-upper classes. So what we
need is a bit of explosion of the population of productive people and of
course a better economic culture!
