Like to know what is the meaning of 01. Eldering 02. Pastoring 03. Counsiling. This is widely used amoung our groups etc, is it a necessary thing to have a pastor or elder . What is their qualification? what if a Elder or Pastor later misuse this personal sharings??? Is it a healthy practice to share our personal things to other who have similar probelms.... please share your views on this to JOYNET.
