JYUK�THE SPRING OF JY IN UK:
I know this mail comes late but its beautiful memories are still there in my mind afresh. This is about the JY in the UK that we celebrated our first anniversary on 8th of Sep with our dear heavenly Mother as its her birthday as well. A small group of 7 or 8 gathered in this time last year, which was a humble starting of JY in this country in a more organised way. It happened to be our dearest Mum�s birthday; may be she wanted us to begin with her on that day!! Since then, it was really a flow of blessings on JYUK and its still continuing. The anniversary was a time of reflection and of course celebration!! God arranges everything. As you can understand, we all are rather new in this country and in spite of all the limited resources we have, its nothing but Gods providence which help us move on. Fr Mulloor, a malayalee priest from France happened to be here at this time and he was there to join us and inspired us with his talk. He happened to be here and it was never planned and that�s how God works!! We didn�t know where to accommodate the people. But the local parish priest was kind enough to use his parish hall for this purpose�.and many things like this. These are all planned by God and never a coincidence! The anniversary celebration was for 2 days and people are there offering their help for preparing food, arranging things and their commitment was simply beautiful!! The Malayalam Mass was so touching for all of us. We could organise (�JYUK version�) of Taize adoration as well and the presence of the Lord was so powerful. The rosary was also beautiful where we lifted all the intentions-yours and ours- to Our Lady. Everything for Jesus and He be our Lord always ! There are 3 JYUK zones in here and all the activities are empowered by the powerful intercession ministry. We have formed other ministries as well and all these ministries have different tasks and targets and everyone tries to use good amount of time and their talents for His glory. As everyone says, its hard to find time and space in this busy �mechanic� atmosphere but God makes everything possible through His own ways..He has got Hisown �style� to make things happen. The anniversary special mass was a divine blossom; it was truly a thanks-giving Mass.. We had a �Cake-cutting� ceremony after that, singing Happy birthday to our dear Mum and to JYUK!! When we look back, the way God has been working is amazing!! Nothing is impossible for Him if we give our time and He�s capable of doing many more things here and elsewhere. I�m sure, He has great plans for the UK and He�s planning great things for many other parts of the world too. He�s inviting each of us to give little time for Him.
