hey folks, how far do we want to go down this rabbit hole? For example, there is no localization for GB, which is the same as the default except the date format is dd/mm/yy instead of mm/dd/yy. There are a *ton* of these exceptions, and I've been going through and adding a handful of the most common ones. Is this something that is of interest to others? If so, I'll open an issue and attach them (when the ui.jquery.com site comes back up so I can see where to do that).
