Kannst du einen Testseite zeigen? Vielleicht es gibt eine `change` Event an dem checkbox gebunden, dass den Verzögerung verursacht? Wenn du $.cache löschst, dann ist es normal, dass die Events nicht funktionieren, du sollst das nicht tun.
