All the characters that are failing here: ~(+[>, are all ones that are matched in the main chunker expression in Sizzle: [^ >+~,(\[]
I'm trying to think if there might be a better workaround here. I don't think it's a *huge* priority since these selectors are so bizarre to begin with, but I would like to get it fixed.
